Refund Policy

At Snoizzy, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

If you'd like to return an item, you may do so under the conditions set out below.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

  • your order number;

  • the name used for the purchase;

  • the item(s) you wish to return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • be unused;

  • be in their original condition;

  • include all original tags;

  • be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), your refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 days.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Snoizzy will cover all costs associated with the replacement or refund of the affected item(s).

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to an error on our part or a faulty product, the cost of returning the item(s) is the customer's responsibility.
