We currently ship to:

As Snoizzy grows, we'll continue adding new destinations.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout, before your order is confirmed.

Our current shipping rates are:

Should these rates change, the shipping costs displayed during checkout will always prevail.

Processing Time

Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed.

During promotional campaigns, product launches or periods of exceptionally high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, including carrier delays, adverse weather conditions, public holidays or customs procedures (where applicable).

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your shipping details and, whenever available, a tracking number so you can follow your order's journey.

Delivery Address

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Snoizzy cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Undelivered Orders

If an order is returned to us because of:

  • an incorrect delivery address;

  • repeated failed delivery attempts;

  • failure to collect the parcel within the carrier's collection period;

Snoizzy may request payment of a new shipping fee before resending the order.

Damaged Deliveries

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, we recommend that you:

  • inspect the contents immediately;

  • take photos of the parcel and any damage;

  • contact Snoizzy as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery.

We'll do everything we can to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
